By Todd F. on December 16, 2025I expected this to be good, but it's GREAT. WOW! Couldn't be happier. Beautiful piece even before oil, but the oil gives it tiger's-eye depth. I reckon the herringbone pattern is structurally superior to those that involve long straight glue seams on the short axis especially. But I'm not gonna let this see abusive conditions where that might Read more matter.
This will probably skew my diet a little more toward Euro-style "abendbrot/ploughman" suppers of crusty or whole rye sour breads, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, pickles, just to be able to eat off this lovely board.
