    Initial impressions are that this was just the sword I was looking for. A little on the hefty side for a one-hander, but not overly so. It is by no means unwieldy. The price from Knife Country was too good to pass up. Fast shipping (6 days total for the free regular shipping option), well packaged.

    Few detractors: the edge has a wave right about the end of the fuller, the bluing on the guard has a small blemish, and the pommel doesn't match up completely square to the handle.

    I'm very pleased so far, and look forward to further tests. Very pleased with Knife Country USA.
