Simmons Scopes – Limited Lifetime Warranty (Manufacturer Warranty)

Simmons Scopes provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner. This warranty is provided directly by Simmons Scopes, not by Knife Country USA.

Under the terms of this warranty, Simmons Scopes will repair or replace (at their discretion) any product found to be defective. In cases where repairs are not possible due to parts availability, Simmons Scopes may replace the item with a current model of similar value and function.

**What Is Not Covered**

The manufacturer warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Use of the product as a hammer, chisel, pry bar, punch, screwdriver, or any other unintended purpose

If the damage is not covered under warranty, Simmons Scopes may offer repair services for a reasonable fee.
