One of the most used knives, the Carbon Steel knives by Otter-Messer are ideal for everyday use. They come in different handles; a dark and attractive smoked oak wood handle, with a handy structure, gives an interesting feel of the surface whereas plum wood handle gives it a hard and durable structure with an even structure.  Plumwood also gives it a shiny and fine-pored surface. Some of these carbon steel knives also come in a walnut handle. This series’ knives have a satin finish carbon steel blade valued for its level of sharpness, cutting, and durability of the blades. It provides the knife with an excellent cutting edge, and sharpness even after long rough use. The carbon steel knife has stainless steel bolster, with an inlay shield. Featured with a lanyard hole to prevent the knife from dropping or being lost, they can also be used to keep your knife attached to your keyring wherever you go. Some of the knives in this series also come with a leather strap. The knives in this series have the slip joint locking system.
