  While I'm not normally a big fan of Chinese made knives, I've seen and owned some knives made by good brands that were made there that are of very good quality. This is one of those examples. Handy size with very good blade for use as EDC or typical hunting/gutting chores. Comes with a decent, well fitting leather sheath. The knife was quite sharp Read more on arrival and just a couple minutes on my ceramic rod had it slicing through paper like nothing. I honestly feel this this brand and model punches well above this price level and the only other name brand, China produced that is a tad better would be the Buck small Selkirk with it's proven 420HC blade. The Klaas does come with a better sheath than the small Selkirk for my uses, but $15 will buy you a better quality leather sheath for both. If you prefer jigged bone looking like stag over micarta, give this handsome piece a try. I doubt very much you'll be disappointed with the choice. Thumbs up from me. (If it matters, I own over 80 fixed blade knives)
