#114 Series by Opinel Knives

Number 114 Series by Opinel Knives come in different colors. The beechwood handle comes from the French wood forest with a few veins, i.e. number of small dark dashes, which make it easier to apply colors. The handles are varnished in order to protect them against moisture and dirt. The handles of these knives are hard, durable, and pretty much easy to handle boosting their efficiency in work. The blades of these knives are curved with a serrated scraper on the alternate side of the knives, opposite to the cutting edge. The scraper is used to clean shoots and vegetables without losing their essential vitamins. These blades in this knife series are made of Acier inoxydable MA5, a martensitic stainless steel. The steel is extremely hard due to the presence of 0.15% of nitrogen. Additionally, the presence of chromium content 16% makes this stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion. Artistically made, these Opinel knives are perfect for those who are highly invested in their craft.
