By Tom S. on August 18, 2014First off, I use a knife like this around 4 hours every day I go to work (I condition/ display fresh produce for a grocery store). This knife is a possible replacement for a Dexter-Russell blade that I have used for nearly 25 years.
This knife is made OK but arrived a little over-sharpened; a quick run with a crock-stick took care of that. The Read more handle is OK but not quite ergonomic enough to provide use in multiple cutting positions. The knife has a built-in finger/ thumb guard that causes the same problems with use. Overall decent quality for the price.
