Fox Knives is an established name in the industry for manufacturing military-grade knives and EDC knives. Its Felin Knife Series is a military knife designed for French RAID (research assistance intervention dissuasion) and the BRI research and intervention brigade, an anti-gang unit. The RAID team’s insignia is a panther and the BRI’s insignia is a tiger, hence the name of the knife series is Felin which is French for Feline. The knives in this series feature a black finish cerakote Bohler N690 stainless steel blade. The aggressive serration and a swedge on the blade make it capable of cutting through rope, cords, foliage for rescue work, outdoors. These blades have a large thumb ramp with jimping that allows better control over the knife while performing precision tasks. The Felin knives are paired with a G10 scale handle that provides a better grip and smooth finish. The tang of the knife doubles up as a striking pommel. The design and structure of the knife match the special requirements of the military force.
